При исследовании космического пространства был обнаружен микроволновой фон, температура которого была принята равной 2,7 К [2].

При такой температуре любая среда, состоящая из материальных частиц, должна находится в состоянии квантовой жидкости [5]. Поэтому вакуум можно рассматривать как фотонную жидкость (ф -жидкость), состоящую из элементарных микрочастиц, то есть фотонных частиц (ф – частиц). Причем эти частицы должны представлять собой квантовые осцилляторы.

At research of space was discovered by microwave background the temperature of that was accepted by equal 2,7 To [2]. At such temperature any environment consisting of material particles must is in the crystalline state or in a state of quantum liquid [5], that can be presented as mixture of gas and liquid, gas liquid. Therefore a vacuum can be examined as a photonic liquid (ф -жидкость) consisting of elementary microparticless, id est photonic particles (ф - particles). Thus these particles must be quantum oscillators and, consequently, to be next characteristics.
