Montes et salus hominis: adaptatio, therapeia et risici

Effectus montis in salutem hominis est phaenomenon complexus et ambiguum, situm in margine physiologiae, ecologiae et medicinae. Altitudine moderata (800–2500 metra super aequore) cum conditione correcta acclimatisationis potest efficaciter influere:

Sistema cardiorespiratorium: Hypoxygenia moderata agit sicut exercitatio naturalis, augmentans effectivitatem operationis cordis et pulmonum, augmentans capillarisationem myocardii. Hoc principium est in fundamentis hypoxicum training, usitatum ab athleteis pro augmentatione resistentiae.
