Oleg V. Sotnikov was born on February 16, 1967 in Bogoroditsk, Tula region. His father is a master of the tool shop of a defense factory, and his mother is a teacher. In 1983, he graduated from high school with the title of best student of the year. During his student years, during the holidays, he worked on his own initiative as a worker on the construction of the BAM. By education-engineer-economist and lawyer-jurist. In 1990, together with the deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, eight-time world champion in ice hockey A. Firsov, he actively helped disabled people in sports, labor and the Armed Forces.

As the executive director of the pyrotechnic enterprise, Salyut is implementing a program to create a Russian inter-industry production pyrotechnic concern, which will create thousands of new jobs and protect the industry from low-quality imports.

Constantly and fruitfully cooperates with the Russian Orthodox Church, providing all possible assistance in the revival and restoration of monasteries and churches throughout Russia.

On July 10 last year, the Zhukovsky movement of Russia "Life"was created. The deadline from that day was short. Meanwhile, the movement has already received recognition and support among the people. And not only because Georgy Konstantinovich's daughter, President of the Marshal Zhukov Foundation, Margarita Georgievna Zhukova, was elected Honorary Chairman of the movement. Well-known entrepreneurs, military leaders, representatives of science, culture, and art cooperate with the movement in Russia and abroad. Oleg Vasilyevich SOTNIKOV, chairman of the Zhukovsky movement of Russia "Life", answered our correspondent's questions.

- Oleg Vasilyevich, to be honest, does not really believe in the concern about the fate of the people's leaders and presidents of various foundations, parties, movements, and interest clubs, ranging from the notorious Green Peace to the beer lovers ' party. Some purely individual tasks are solved, after which the activists safely " sink to the bottom...". Will you go the other way?

"We're on our way." And focusing on the life feat of Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov. What did he value most about people? Commitment, honesty, and resilience... What did you hate the most? Lies, sycophancy, the desire to lay down responsibility for the fate of the country. My like-minded members of the movement decided that now, as in the years of the Great Patriotic War, our Fatherland is in danger and it is time to act. Russia faces spiritual disintegration, after which its territorial division may begin... God forbid, of course...

- What are the primary goals of your movement?

- Specific, targeted assistance to all veterans, war invalids, low-income pensioners, single and sick elderly people. After all, it was thanks to their efforts that fascism was defeated, and Europe, which sends humanitarian aid to our elderly people, was saved. And the domestic oligarchs, who have taken over the national property, seem to have nothing to do with it... Laws passed by the State Duma to protect disabled people, war and labor veterans are often not implemented. No funds available... But there are funds for the construction of official palaces and cottages in protected forest areas. Looking at such sophisticated cynicism, young people turn away from the older generation, do not even listen to their own grandparents, believing that they lived their lives in vain, fought for the wrong ideals. In fact, by our passivity, indifference, and even ridicule, we tighten the noose around the necks of our old people even more tightly. How can this be allowed?

The cult of ancestors existed in Russia even before the adoption of Christianity. The Slavs honored them under the names of the Genus (hence the people. Rodina) and Rozhanitsy, Chura or Shchura (ancestor), worshipped them. And that was the great wisdom of life. And we, it turns out, as if completely feral, rolled back to prehistoric times.

For the rest of my life, I remember the words of my grandmother, or rather, her question-hope: "Granddaughter, here I am nursing you, reading books. Will you be chewing bread for me when all my teeth fall out?" I am grateful that my strength is now sufficient not only to help elderly relatives.

- Oleg Vasilyevich, is it true that the enterprises you head employ disabled people?

- Actually, for the sake of the demand for work, intelligence, and creative capabilities of disabled people, Salyut was created. Another thing is that now it employs quite healthy people, as our production industry has started to rise. Despite the crisis, the volume of investments increased and new jobs were created. In addition to purely material incentives, moral ones have also been earned. Suffice it to say, each spacecraft has about 270 parts produced at our enterprises.

- As an industrial worker, I can't help but ask you a question: what is the reason for the current economic crisis?

- In pseudo-economics, which has long been cultivated by the banking elite and a large class of officials. And the richer this class became, the more impudent. The more impudent, the richer. The glaring poverty of some, the rampant financial speculation of others, the bloody struggle for the export of raw materials of others-this is a picture that has become familiar. But no matter how much the so-called "captains of economics" inflate their cheeks, they will always stand in the hallways of the real masters of the world. When technological progress leads to a reduction in the consumption of hydrocarbons or supply outstrips demand, Russia risks being left with nothing. Without its own production base, an industrial nation cannot survive and has no future.

- The Komsomol turned 80 years old. Have you ever been a member of the Komsomol?

"Yes, and I'm proud of it. The Komsomol was a good school, taught discipline, commitment, and responsibility to the team. These qualities are very useful to me in my life. In general, from the "steamship of modernity" we hurried to throw off the valuable cargo of the past.

"Like what?"

- What was wrong with the slogan "All power to the Soviets"? Or " Land to the peasants, factories to the workers." It is another matter that these slogans were quickly replaced by a bureaucratic straitjacket immediately after the revolution. The workers were left without factories, the peasants without their own land, and then the land without peasants, when millions of people left their homes and went to the cities. War communism, collectivization, now shock therapy, it seems, the whole XX century Russia

it serves as a model for numerous experiments. It's gotten to the point where our children's history books are printed with the money of financial magnate George Soros. Naturally, the text content is also adjusted to a certain template: not a Soviet soldier, not Zhukov's generalship genius helped defeat the Germans near Moscow, but "General Frost". The far from perfect victory of the British at El Alamein in Africa is equated with the defeat of the Germans at Stalingrad, etc., etc. All this can only mean one thing: our national consciousness has fallen into lethargy, we as a nation, as a people have lost our sense of self-esteem. And this feeling must be restored in order to get up from our knees, to feel like masters, and not a faceless electorate in their historical homeland.

"Do you know what to do?" Where to begin?

- With self-organization, self-discipline, development of initiative from below. Lenin was not so far off the mark when he spoke of workers ' accounting and control, and that every cook should learn to govern the state. Otherwise, it will be run by a bureaucrat, embezzler, bribe taker, and hustler. Today you can no longer say ," I'm not interested in politics." But she's interested in you. And even very much. So you, a resident of Moscow, have feedback from the deputy who got to the State Duma in your electoral district? No... What about the representatives who are part of the district council? Too... And most of them are like you. We kind of gave up on ourselves:

they say that elections are one thing, life is another. But in vain... We must fight for a decent life. Such, sorry for the expression," don't care " only encourages theft, rudeness and corruption. Including in law enforcement agencies. And then we wonder why the police beat us, the housing department does not respond to complaints, elevators constantly break down, although the district council seems to have money for their thorough repair. But all you need to remember is that Article 130 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which says: "Local self-government in the Russian Federation ensures independent decision-making by the population of issues of local significance, ownership, use and disposal of municipal property." That is, everything is in your hands, the voter, you are not a chip in the sea of life, you can influence the current processes. Just don't be lazy: choose the chairman of the house committee, the precinct mutual assistance commission, address them with your wishes, complaints and suggestions, and monitor the implementation of the local budget. And then all the officials ' army, no matter how much they want it, will no longer be able to isolate themselves from the population with a Chinese wall. The same member of the district council or the head of the district police department will definitely receive Ivan Petrovich, listen to him, and help him if he clearly knows: whether this or that official will occupy his office or not directly depends on the will of Ivan Petrovich.

By the way, veterans of war and labor, our numerous pensioners with their experience and life wisdom could play a significant role in the work of local governments. The social and political movement "Zhizn" focuses on them, creating its primary organizations in homes and villages. There are more and more people who want to join our ranks. People are impressed by our goals, the name of Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov, who in the most critical situations did not lose his composure, cheerfulness of spirit, and faith in victory.

- And one last question, Oleg Vasilyevich. Once again in the 20th century, Russia found itself in a deep crisis. In your opinion, what priority measures will help to get out of it?

- Saving domestic production and strengthening the combat capability of the Armed Forces. For those who do not want to feed and maintain their army, there is only one way out - to feed the enemy's army. For those who do not strengthen their own production, the choice is also small. We will have to turn into a raw material appendage of the West. But does such a prospect really appeal to anyone?
