Экономическая цивилизация как-то незаметно превратилась в среду обитания человечества как воздух, которым дышат, а часто и не могут надышаться. Есть весомые основания считать, что это не воздух, а «веселящий газ», ведущий к эйфории мировой социум, но как всякая искусственность, в конечном итоге, пагубный для него. Такая ситуация, в которой находится человечество, требует глубокого осмысления. Путеводителем осмысления заявляет себя и метатеория хозяйствования, с подтверждением права на подобные полномочия

С позиций фундаментальной онтологии Мартина Хайдеггера и определяемых посредством неё первого и второго (другого) начал философии дается понимание нынешнего состояния цивилизации и места человека в ней. В такой оптике происходящие сейчас преобразования мира обретают новый для преобладающей части социума смысл – в значительной степени далекий от безудержного оптимизма. From the positions of Martin Heidegger's fundamental ontology and the first and second (other) principles of philosophy defined by it, an understanding of the current state of civilization and the place of man in it is given. In such optics, the current transformations of the world are acquiring a new meaning for the predominant part of society - largely far from unbridled optimism.

But, in the opinion of the author of this article, this tool is still as imperfect as the scissors would be imperfect, without the central screw uniting the two blades of this tool. This "cog" in dialectics is the fact that the "struggle" of opposites, which is the driving force behind the development of all processes of nature, is not absolute. "Struggle" is born when the dialectic system deviates from the state of equilibrium, and the goal of this "struggle" is to restore the lost equilibrium of the system.

Ivan Petrovich Pavlov, studying the physiological process, which he called the conditioned reflex, suggested that this process is the basis for the formation of mental reactions of all living organisms, including the thinking process of a human of a modern species. But, in our opinion, the human thinking process of the modern species is based not on one, but on four types of conditioned reflexes.
